Heres why: Mar Y Sol Moonwalk Rentals is commited to regular cleaning and maintenance of our moonwalks, so you don`t have to worry about getting dirty or torn bouncers.

We always review training and safety procedures with our customers who will be watching the inflatable moonwalk. We will have you to initial and sign a checklist showing you understand the procedures. This may not seem like an important step but it is with proper review you`ll be able to handle these minor crises. Such as : Incase of deflation, Incase of High winds , Emergency procedures, Incase of Rain ,Lightning, and Thunder,


The proper securing of an inflatable is very critical step for installation. some states have very little guidelines. you can feel confident that we are aware of and follow the best practices for safety. We take pride in our rental business and providing you with the best maintained equipment. and all the safety procedures so that your event is enjoyable and safe.

How can I make a reservation?

You can call our office and we will gladly schedule your event or you can go to the Contact Us page and fill out the information and submit it to us. you can pay at the time of the delivery or by stopping by our office at:

How far in advance do I need to reserve my moonwalk?

We are always taking reservations for rentals. The sooner the better. Most people reserve early to ensure they get that special moonwalk.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, You can cancel your rental. You will not receive the rental deposit/payment back however you may use the deposit towards another rental within 6 months. Mar Y Sol Moonwalk Rentals reserves the right, for safety reasons to cancel in the event of inclement or adverse weather (rain or winds above 15mph) you may reschedule your rental. PLEASE let us know as soon as you know if you need to cancel.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, it is free within 10 miles of our location, after that it will be $2 per extra mile. Our professional delivery driver and his crew will deliver set up and install and properly stak down the moonwalk and come back and take down the inflatable moonwalk rental. Our drivers are highly trained, and will go over with you all the important safety procedures.

Can we pick up the moonwalk?

No , the moonwalks are very heavy, for your safety and insurance policy our crew will deliver, set up and take down the moonwalk. You have too many things to do before your guest arrive, picking up the moonwalk doesn't have to be one of them.

Do you rent anything other than moonwalks? Yes. we rent moonwalks, water slides ,moonwalk combos, tables, chairs, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine.

Can you provide a attendant for my event?

Yes we can. our staff is trained to operate all of our equipment. they have completed a safety training.

Are your moonwalks clean?

Yes they are! We commit our self to regular cleaning and maintenance for all of our inflatable moonwalks.

You can ride by our location every Monday stating at 10am and see my staff and I out there setting up and cleaning our inflatable moonwalks,

Does the moonwalk need Electricity?

Yes it does a blower attaches to the tube and blows air into the inflatable moonwalk. the blower must stay on at all times. while the children are playing in the jumper.

Can you set up a moonwalk on a driveway or other concrete/ paved surface?

The safest surface to set up a moon bounce would be on grass, the area should be clear of obstacles sharp objects ect. we will place a tarp under each unit for protection from scuffs, rips, and tears .the moonwalk is also staked down or sand bagged down, please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring along appropriate type of anchoring for your event. Moonwalks must never be set up on dirt, sand ,gravel, or rocks .HARD SURFACE CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MOONWALK.

How long does it take to set up a moonwalk?

It takes about 30 min, that includes lying down the tarp, setting up the moonwalk anchoring it down ect.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the moonwalk?

Adult supervision is required at all times. You as the renter are responsible for all of your guest, you are to follow all operating and safety procedures, and in force them .

Can I set up the moonwalk near my pool?

No. the moonwalks must be set up in a safe area away from the pool, remember the moonwalk is plug up to electricity. water and electricity don`t mix.

Can I take the moonwalk to the beach?

No. Moonwalks must never be set up on dirt, sand ,gravel, or rocks .HARD SURFACE CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MOONWALK. The sand gets in the seams of the moonwalk and we can never seem to get it all out. so no sand please.

Can I keep the moonwalk overnight?
